APPKD = Anggaran Penerimaan Permerintah Kecamatan dan Desa =

= Budget offices and local government revenue

APPKD is a levied tax on top of PBB / IPEDA / IREDA (land tax) collected by the third level government (Kecamatan)

and fourth level govt (Desa) based on the agreement between the authority and community to finance the basic need of small

infrastructure.
